Gary's extensive community involvement currently includes serving as a trustee of the Delta Upsilon Educational Foundation and as an honorary board member of The Citadel Theatre. Gary is also an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.

Gary was a founding partner of Dynafour Real Estate Limited in 1981, 26 years before its merger with Cushman & Wakefield Edmonton Inc. Ltd., and is proud to have served as a point man for both companies.

He has 33 years experience in the Edmonton real estate market, specializing in office leasing for the first ten years. He currently concentrates the majority of his work in the areas of retail leasing, sales and site selection but also is pleased to assist, on a consultative basis, many of Edmonton’s businesses. He has had the opportunity to represent many of Edmonton’s premier retail centers on behalf of  Brentwood Developments, WAM Development Group, Hopewell Development Corp., Cathton Holdings, Melcor Developments, Alldritt Developments and Jim Pattison Group. Gary is presently the exclusive real estate consultant for Kelsey's Restaurants, Swiss Chalet, Montana's Cookhouse, Milestones Restaurant, Harvey’s, Second Cup and MTY Group.

Gary has coached children's hockey, soccer and baseball, and in his spare moments has found the time for gourmet cooking and life at his cottage at the lake.
